2018 Farm and Home Show:
Friday, Jan. 12 & Saturday, Jan 13, 2018. Friday, 10am-7pm. Saturday, 9am-2pm
Located in the National Guard Armory (High School Gym). Visit over 70 local vendors! Check out the vendor list HERE. We have a speaker from the Grant County Historical Society speaking at 2pm on Friday and 10am on Saturday. Visit with friends and neighbors as the kids keep busy on free inflatables. Food booths will also be available.
Congresswoman and Governor Candidate, Kristi Noem, will be speaking and answering audience questions at 1:00pm on Friday in the theater.
Attention current & retired farmers! There will be a FREE Farmers Breakfast for you from 8:30 – 10:30am on Saturday the 13th at the Community Room in the Visitor Center. 1001 E 4th Ave in Milbank.
Farmers Appreciation Supper:

Free event! Open to all current & retired farmers. You must have a ticket to get into the event. Contact the Chamber if you are in need of one.
Administrative Professionals Day:
April 25, 2018
A great way to show those who make our lives easier that we appreciate them. Lunch, massage and flowers brought into the office as a way to say Thanks!!
Shape Up Milbank:
Get started with your spring cleaning! This is a great event to make our town sparkle. City wide rummage sales are on a Friday and Saturday. The National Guard will come and pick up your land fill items and haul them away for those who are unable to do it themselves. The land fill fees are waived during this event.
It Only Takes a Spark Cancer Walk:

Milbank’s own Cancer Fundraiser! This amazing event is held the second weekend in June at Lake Farley Park. Come out and help support the battle against cancer, this is a wonderful event. See www.takesaspark.org for more details.
Downtown Tuesdays begins: Community gathering every Tuesday night from 4-7 pm on Main Street in Milbank! Farmers Market, vendors, live music, food, cornhole and lots of fun!
National Night Out:
Twin Brooks Threshing Show:
Take a stroll down memory lane at the Twin Brooks Threshing Show. Tons of fun events including threshing demonstrations, country school re-enactment, tractor pull, live entertainment, flea market and much more. See www.twinbrooksthreshingshow.com for details.
First Day of School:
City Goes Country – Movie in the Park: Saturday, September 30, 2017
Come out to Lake Farley for lots of fun things for the kids from 1:00 – 3:00pm. Then take in the movie, “Minions”
KMSD radio hosts “City Goes Country” at Lake Farley Park. The Chamber will then host a Movie in the Park at dusk. Bring your own chair or blanket.
