"Winds of Change"
The Grant County Development Corporation will host it's Annual Meeting May 8, 2008. The meeting will be held at the Lantern Inn with a no-host social starting at 6:15pm, a dinner at 7:00 and a program to follow.

The program titled "Winds of Change" will focus on the issue of Wind Power in Grant and Roberts Counties. Presenters will be Tim Gapp, Member, Summit Area Economic Growth Corporation, Jim Newcomb, President of Summit Wind LLC and Wahpeton Wind LLC and Tim Seck, Manager, Midwest Renewables, PPM Energy.

Dinner Tickets can be purchased at the Milbank Area Chamber office or from corporation board members Steve Ahles, Robert Biersbach, Dan Snaza, Jim Gesswein, Dave Gonzenbach, tom Goetz, Kevin Kouba, Ardell Nelson, Jan Scriver and Mark Wolff.

Development Corporation Members, as well as citizens interested in economic development activities and the future growth and development of Gant and Roberts counties are encouraged to attend.
